Squaw vine (Mitchella repens): Useful for all uterine problems, it is taken throughout the course of pregnancy to facilitate childbirth. Alfalfa (Medicago sativa): This plant is high in trace minerals such as Mg+, Ca+, K+ and contains carotene. A wonderful folk remedy for energy enhancement, hay fever, UTI and genitourinary and prostate problems, and increase the flow of motherís milk. Ginger root (Zingiber officinale): (You add to the blend) Ginger acts as a stimulant and warming agent. I find it best to use the fresh root, as the dried root changes its energy from warm to HOT. The taste will be very different.
